Our banya distinguishes itself from others in Armenia with a unique approach to traditions that we, the founders of Hoja Place, aimed to showcase and develop upon moving here.
We want to revive and enrich the banya culture in Armenia through the use of herbs, veniks, special banya rituals, and soft steam that allows guests to comfortably spend time in the steam room for deep recovery and relaxation.
We collect herbs ourselves in the mountains of Armenia, and the fields of Bashkiria and Altai in spring and summer. These herbs are used not only for aromatherapy but also in various procedures, and they have a healing effect on the body, enhancing the health benefits.
Our steam masters are truly passionate about their work. They follow one of our core principles – an individual approach and care for each guest. We believe that this attention to details and love for what we do make our banya a truly unique place for relaxation and recovery. The steam room is large and spacious – comfortably accommodating up to 12 people.

1) INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
You rest on your independence are in the steam room. The steam master only prepares the wood and supplies steam.
What's included?
• Preparation – steam master melts the oven, adjusts comfortable steam and temperature in the steam room, supplying firewood during the whole session.
• First approach with a steam master – conduct a contactless steaming with a fan, without brooms and produces aroma steam.
• Herbal tea.
• Bath accessories: robe, towels, sheet, hats, slippers.
What else?
You can vary your individual program by adding special additional procedures (additional charges apply).

• 3 hour program for 2 guests* - 60,000 AMD
• 3 hour program for 4 to 6 guests* - 85,000 AMD
* every next guest + 10,000 AMD

We prepare for you a personalized banya program and the steam master accompanies you during all bath sessions.
What's included?
• Pre-thought banya program based on your preferences (aromatherapy, relaxing, tonizing)
• Different steam with herbs, which we prepare in advance, based on your wishes (conines, lavender, mint, garlic and others)
• Collective warming and steaming with brooms
• Beauty rituals to choose from: scrubbing, oiling, wrap, body masks
• Herbal tea with eco-snacks: vegetables, carrot sticks, fruits.
• Bath accessories: robes, towels, sheets, hats, slippers
Price:
• 3 hour program for 2 people* - 125,000 AMD
• 3 hour program for 4 to 6 people* - from 150,000 to 165,000 AMD (deep steaming)

My favorite steam ceremonies, and the views are breathtaking. Paired with comfortable transfer from the city center and hand-made body care products from Aigul, the entire experience becomes the most caring, recharging and body healing.
