Hoja Place is a banya, event space and glamping retreat nestled in the cosy, quiet village close to Yerevan, 40 minutes drive. With Mount Ararat watching over us in peaceful grandeur, we provide a uniquely holistic banya experience that promotes tranquillity, relaxation and realignment.
Our services have been specially handcrafted to provide a unique Armenian twist on the usual banya and spa facilities found in traditional banyas .

We installed a straight Russian banya with a wood-burning stove, good humidity and a ventilation system. Thanks to a well-thought-out ventilation system, it is easy to breathe in our steam room at any temperature. Come and enjoy!

We do turnkey events. You can come to celebrate important events (weddings, birthdays, corporate parties). There is a large panoramic terrace and the option to order from a menu. We prepare meal using seasonal, fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers.

The best banya in Armenia! A beautiful place, everything is done and built as for yourself , no hack work , a very warm welcome and full immersion in bath procedures . A real stove , a moist pleasant bath . We will definitely come back in spring or summer to watch the seasons change . We were in the bath with the child and the child was very satisfied

My favorite steam ceremonies, and the views are breathtaking. Paired with comfortable transfer from the city center and hand-made body care products from Aigul, the entire experience becomes the most caring, recharging and body healing. Plus I don’t know how they do it, but you’ll 100% will be accompanied by the interesting and extraordinary people, from whom will learn something new (f.ex. last time it was free-diving with dolphins tours recommendation).

We wanted to create a place in Armenia where one can come and feel a connection with nature while still maintaining an atmosphere of comfort, hedonism and beauty. Hoja Place is where you can enjoy an incredible view of Ararat, stroll through picturesque trails in the area, sip delicious coffee on the terrace with a view (we're seasoned hedonists and can confirm that this is the most beautiful coffee spot), sit by the fire and have dinners at sunset.
